✦ What You're Getting

Chippy Split Premium Analytics is an auto-renewable subscription that gives you access to:

• Advanced spending insights — Because who doesn't want to know where their money actually goes?
• Full access to bill activity — Every. Single. Transaction. (Yes, even that 3 AM food delivery)
• Monthly expense graphs — Pretty charts that make your spending look… at least organised
• Group Analytics — See who's always "forgetting" their wallet
• Deeper Analytics — For when you really want to feel things
• Peer Comparison — Compare spending with friends (competitively or supportively, your choice)

✦ Payment & Billing

How Charging Works:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• The renewal cost will be clearly identified

✦ Managing Your Subscription

You're in control. Here's how:

1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select Chippy Split
5. Cancel, modify, or admire your wise investment choice

You can also manage via App Store → Profile → Subscriptions.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel anytime through your App Store account settings
• You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months (sorry, we can't prorate your enlightenment)
• Your data stays safe — we're not petty like that

✦ Refund Policy

All sales are final and processed through Apple. If you believe you deserve a refund due to technical issues or legitimate reasons:

• Request a refund through Apple Support
• Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Email us at support@chippysplit.com and we'll help you navigate the process

Apple handles all refund decisions. We're just the messengers with really good analytics.

✦ Free Trial (If Applicable)

• Trial duration will be clearly stated before you subscribe
• You won't be charged during the trial period
• Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges
• If you don't cancel, you'll automatically convert to a paid subscription at the current rate
• One free trial per person (you can't create 50 Apple IDs — we've thought of that)

✦ Using the App

You Promise To:

• ✅ Be at least 13 years old (or older if your country requires it)
• ✅ Use your own account (sharing is caring, but not with app accounts)
• ✅ Provide accurate information
• ✅ Not try to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise mess with our app
• ✅ Not use the app for illegal purposes (we shouldn't have to say this, but here we are)

We Promise To:

• ✅ Keep your data secure and private
• ✅ Provide the features we advertised
• ✅ Give you advance notice if we change pricing
• ✅ Not sell your data to any parties
• ✅ Keep improving the app based on your feedback

✦ Changes to Service

• Features may be added, modified, or removed
• We'll notify you of significant changes
• If we increase the price, you'll be notified before renewal
• You can cancel if you don't like the changes (we'll be sad, but we understand)

✦ Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if:

• You violate these terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You're abusing the service
• Legal reasons require us to

We'll usually warn you first unless it's something really egregious.

✦ Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep everything running smoothly, but we can't guarantee:

• The app will be error-free 100% of the time
• Your device won't spontaneously combust (that's on Apple/your manufacturer)
• You'll make better financial decisions (we give you the tools, you make the choices)
• The app will be available during server maintenance or unexpected outages

✦ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data (though we back up religiously)
• Financial decisions you make based on the analytics (use your brain too!)
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the last 12 months

✦ Intellectual Property

Everything in Chippy Split — the code, design, logo, name — belongs to us. You can use the app, but you can't:

• Copy our code or design
• Use our name or logo without permission
• Create a competing app using our stuff
• Claim you made it (seriously, we have receipts)

✦ Third-Party Services

• Apple In-App Purchase — For processing your subscription
• Analytics tools — To improve the app (anonymised, always)
• Cloud services — To keep your data safe and synced

✦ Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, unless your local consumer protection laws say otherwise.

✦ Changes to These Terms

• We'll update the "Effective Date" at the top when changes are made
• We'll notify you in-app or via email for significant changes
• Continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms
• If you don't agree, you can cancel your subscription
